A group of doctors working in the heart of the heart of India, Chattisgarh, requires someone with basic skills to make small videos of simple procedures like - how to identify goitre, whooping cough, etc. These clips will then be used to train people who live in the deepest interiors of the state. It's a week long project (or longer if you have the time). All you have to do is accompany the Doctors and shoot clips with a simple camera or even a digital camera that can shoot videos. If you have a video camera, that will be wonderful.
They may not be able to pay much, but if you get to Bilaspur, board and lodge will be taken care of. The organization is called Jan Swasthya Sahyog.
For more details you can contact Dr. Ramani Atkuri, 094253 02301 or Dr Yogesh Jain, 094255 30357 Email id: janswasthya@gmail.com ASAP.
Its a noble initiative and anyone with simple digicam skills can go and help spread awareness about diseases/illnesses in the interior regions of our country. please help spread the word.
